Which Elite 4 do you think is the best set?

For some reason, the 2nd Gen Elite 4 make them epic back in the day.

I found Hoenn E4 to be the most difficult, though in RS only (not E), because of Steven's steel Pokemon.

I can't see how anyone found Johto's to be the toughest when even the game developers admited they were too weak. Level 50 is Lance's strongest IIRC.

I found Johto's easiest, Kanto's hardest, Sinnoh's quite hard (That Bronzong..) and Hoenn's the best

Kanto's elite four seemed to be the most balanced to me.

Ironically greene, I found the hoenn e4 to be the easiest. My blaziken was more than enough to take out everyone (sky uppercut ftw) including wallace (emerald). When I started playing in-game like a pro, it was only that much easier to beat them xD

Anyways Sinnoh's was the hardest for me. My first ever playthrough of platinum, Lucian destroyed my team four times before I accepted the loss and rebuilt a whole team around Gyarados (who pwned the whole league and swept cynthia @ lvl 49 6-0 after 5 dragon dances)

But Sinnoh's E4 was such a challenge to get through because it felt like the AI was way smarter than before (emerald, so it's probably true since I found hoenn to be so easy) and their pokes were way better and more balanced.

Props to the kanto E4 for their legacy though. Gotta love the originals

Hoenn is really easy, except for Drake. Since I had Blaziken, Drake was really hard (I didn't have Ice Moves)
Wallace was no cup of tea either, even with Manectric.

Kanto was pretty tough my first time, especially Lorelei, but now its a lot easier. Though I think Kanto is still the hardest of them all.

Sinnoh was the first E4 I ever faced (outside of Emulator), and since they were so much stronger in terms of levels, the only thing that saved me was Giratina xD.
